A number of high profile games have fallen back to a release in 2010. Some of the delays seem to be genuine quality concerns, while others may very well be related to an expected weak holiday season in 2009. Just yesterday Ubisoft announced a trio of delays until 2010: Splinter Cell Conviction, Red Steel 2 and the new Ghost Recon. Other publishers have pushed back BioShock 2, Bayonetta, MAG and many others. Unofficially, it looks like StarCraft 2 might get delayed as well.
