The survival horror game Blair Witch is coming to PS4 on December 3.
Based on the most successful indie film of all time, the game is a first-person survival horror set two years after the events that took place in The Blair Witch Project, which was released in 1999.
Blair Witch was released as a PC and Xbox One exclusive in August. It is included with Xbox Game Pass for console. Microsoft is currently offering three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $1.
The game follows former police officer Ellis Lynch, who searches for a missing boy. Like the film, the game uses found-footage cassette tapes to advance the story.
According to the developers behind the game, the PS4 version will have extra content in the form of the “Good Boy Pack.” The bonus content will focus on the game’s dog, Bullet.
The PS4 release will be digital-only at launch. A physical box release will be made available at a later date.
