There’s a limited-time crossover celebrating Metal Slug in Jetpack Joyride. The in-game event runs for three weeks.
Starting today, the Metal Slug series appears in Halfbrick Studios’ Jetpack Joyride on iOS and Android devices. Jetpack Joyride is an action-packed side-scrolling endless runner that’s free to download on Google Play and the App Store.
The crossover features some of Metal Slug‘s most well-known characters and vehicles as in-app purchases. Fans can wreak havoc with their bullet-powered jetpacks. The event also allows players to unlock special Metal Slug-themed costumes, vehicles, and jetpacks as rewards for their accomplishments.
Characters available for purchase include favorites like Marco Rossi, Eri Kasamoto, Tarma Roving, and Fio Germi. Vehicles include the Slug Tank, Slug Gunner, Level Armor, Slug Flyer, Slugnoid, Slug Mariner, and Motorcycle Slug.
