Resident Evil 7 spooked a lot of gamers with its virtual reality gameplay on PS4. Now Capcom is releasing a VR prequel, but as of right now it’s only a limited Japan-only release.
Biohazard 7: Walkthrough the Fear takes players back to the swamps of Louisiana as a roughly forty-minute co-operative VR experience. You’ll find yourself trapped in a basement and will have to escape.
The VR game will only be available at the Plaza Capcom Ikebukuro VR booth in Tokyo as an arcade experience. The company has not confirmed whether they will bring Walkthrough the Fear to the Americas or Europe either as an arcade experience or to PlayStation VR.
