Space Chef

Blue Goo Games will present Space Chef through Kickstarter, its project looking for backers to help bring the game to light.

Blue Goo Games, a Swedish studio, said today that the Kickstarter campaign for their project, Space Chef, will be accessible next week. Space Chef is an open-world game that mixes cooking fun, wacky crafts, gun-toting action, and anything else than traditional farming.

A mix of award-winning titles

The game is inspired by games such as Stardew Valley, Don’t Starve, and Overcooked. It combines the finest features and concepts from each into a 2D open-world action-adventure with tons of cooking, farming, and crafting. To put it simply, picture Stardew Valley in space but with a shotgun and a cookbook.

The main gameplay centers around hunting and acquiring ingredients via visiting planets, cooking and preparing food, and delivering it to hungry clients all throughout the galaxy. In each game, you can explore a large cosmos that is unique. Best of all, with co-op mode, you can invite a pal along on your delectable excursions.

The Kickstarter campaign will last 30 days and will assist the developer in funding the game’s production costs. On October 19, the Kickstarter campaign to finance Space Chef for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam will go live.
