If you’re looking for something to watch this Christmas, few things are more magical than Shigeru Miyamoto touring the new Super Nintendo World theme park.
We’ve been following news about the park’s progress for over a year now. Nintendo and Universal Studios Japan announced last month that the park is scheduled to open in February 2021.
So it’s only appropriate that the creator of Mario would tour the park before anyone else. Thankfully, he’s bringing fans with him (at least digitally) in an all-new Nintendo Direct, which broadcast last week.

Super Nintendo World opens as its own section of Universal Studios Japan on February 4, 2021. There are also plans to open Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios in California and Orlando, Florida.
