What day and time do pre-orders for Xbox Series X and S open?
Pre-orders open on Tuesday, September 22 at 8 AM Pacific / 11 AM Eastern in the United States and Canada. Some retailers may not have the pre-orders live until later in the day. If you live in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK pre-orders open at 8 AM local time.
How much does the system cost?
The Xbox Series S is $299. The Xbox Series X is $499.
Where can I pre-order?
In the United States, you can pre-order the system at the Microsoft Store, Amazon, GameStop, Walmart, and other participating retailers.
How does the Xbox Series X compare with the Series S?
The Xbox Series S is an all-digital system designed specifically for 1080p televisions. Meanwhile, the Xbox Series X includes a 4K UHD Blu-ray drive and is a more powerful system. In fact, the Series X has eight times the processing power of Xbox One.
