Cross-platform play is now live across PS4 and Xbox One versions of PUBG. Players across versions will be matched into the same matchmaking pool.
In August, the studio behind PUBG announced that the battle royale game would soon be getting cross-platform play between the console versions of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
The developers say that cross-platform play has been “hands down, the most requested feature since we launched on consoles, and we’re so happy to finally provide this for our console community.”

The new cross-platform play feature coincides with PUBG Season 4 and the release of a new double-barrel shotgun, the DBS.
