Ubisoft has rebranded its Uplay+ subscription service. It’s now known as Ubisoft+.
The change comes as Ubisoft recently rebranded its digital storefront and game launcher, Uplay, as well as the Ubisoft Club. The new name for both services is Ubisoft Connect. As well as acting as a game launcher, Ubisoft Connect functions as a reward system.
In addition to the rebranding, the company also announced that Ubisoft+ is now available on Google Stadia. Subscribers in the US can now access Ubisoft+ on Stadia to play a growing library of Ubisoft titles. The library includes new releases.
How to get started on Stadia
Subscribers can link their account to Stadia at no additional cost beyond their current subscription at $14.99 per month. During this beta, players can enjoy Ubisoft games across their devices and benefit from cross-platform progression for new titles. New subscribers can purchase a subscription on the Ubisoft Store. No Stadia Pro subscription is required.
Ubisoft+ on Stadia and Amazon Luna features premium editions of new releases like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Watch Dogs: Legion as well as beloved games from Ubisoft’s catalog. Check out the growing list of games at ubisoft-plus.com.
