Watch Dogs: Legion

Watch Dogs: Legion is out now on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.

Ubisoft’s latest game in the Watch Dogs universe takes place in London. The game has a unique “Play as Anyone” feature that lets you… play as anyone. Every person in the open-world game can be recruited and played. Ubisoft says that each person has a unique personality, skillset, and backstory.

Here are more details on the game’s story:

Amidst the growing unrest of a restless London, an unknown entity named Zero-Day has framed secret underground resistance DedSec for coordinated bombings across London. In the aftermath, criminal opportunists from every corner of London took hold and filled the void left by a defeated government.

As a member of DedSec, players will be going up against those criminal opportunists in Watch Dogs: Legion: sadists, mercenaries, cybercriminals, and more, so they’ll have to be prepared for a variety of situations. Players must recruit members into their DedSec Resistance to take on these criminal opportunists, liberate London and uncover the identity of Zero-Day.

Ubisoft has previously revealed multiplayer details and post-launch DLC plans. There’s a paid Season Pass with the Bloodline expansion. Plus there is also free DLC coming. Expect new characters with new abilities, new mission content, and a New Game Plus mode.

In addition to current-gen consoles, Watch Dogs: Legion is coming to next-gen consoles. It releases on Xbox Series X | S and Amazon Luna on November 10. It is available digitally on PlayStation 5 alongside the console on November 12. Meanwhile, the physical version of the game on PS5 will be available on November 24.

One last thing: current-gen console owners will receive a free upgrade. So if you own the game on PS4, you’ll get upgraded to PS5. If you own the Xbox One version, you’ll get upgraded to Xbox Series X and S via Smart Delivery.
